Due to the high levels of interest we have had on Low Whinhowe at Greenholme, the property and land will now be sold by public auction on Thursday 19th September at 2pm in Orton Market Hall. The Hall is located in the centre of Orton village next to the public toilets and opposite to the Kennedys Chocolate Shop.

The property is a rare opportunity to purchase an ideally located dilapidated private dwelling with 74.40 acres (30.23 ha) located within the Lake District National Park. The property was previously used as a farmhouse but for some time has stood vacant.
